A request is not an order

Submitting a request places no obligation on either side. It is an enquiry. A contract forms only once we have confirmed yarn availability and price, and you have paid.

Prices

The price shown on a product page is a base price for the standard piece. Customisations that add significant work are quoted separately and always confirmed with you before we begin.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any import duties charged in your country.

Timelines

Production estimates are given in good faith and measured from the day payment clears. Handmade work occasionally runs over; if it does we will tell you before the estimate passes.

Cancellation

Cancel any time before payment, at no cost. After work has begun we can refund the portion not yet made, at our discretion.

Faults

Report a fault within fourteen days of receipt and we will remake or refund the piece. Natural variation in handmade work (slight differences in tension, size or dye lot) is not a fault.

Your designs

If you place a custom order, you own nothing of our patterns and we claim nothing of your idea. We may photograph finished custom pieces for our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
